    I agree that the artwork submitted herein to Stitches & Stickers is:
    1. Artwork that I legally own reproduction rights to AND/OR
    2. Artwork that I process valid legal permission from the legal owner for the right to re-produce AND/OR
    3. The Artwork being Submitted is Not Subject to Reproduction Laws and is Made available for me without restriction

    I understand that when I Submit any  I am 100% legally responsible for any and All information contained in any Request submitted by me.

    I agree to Hold Harmless, Stitches & Stickers in all aspects for any and all artwork submitted by myself, including any changes requested, Any Modification, all production digitally, All production of physical merchandise, ect... I understand that if Stitches & Stickers is sued over Production or Reproduction that I will be responsible for such cost and all losses sustained, Additionally that My information contained in this Request may be subject to Sharing in the event of Lawsuits filed for infringement and I understand that Stitches & Stitches will aide in any such lawsuit that protects it's best interests.

    I also Understand that if I do not 100% Agree to all the terms Submitted herein that I should not Submit any artwork and as a Result all artwork being submitted is at my sole discretion.
