Common Questions & Answers

What is Digitizing?
Digitizing is a Process of turning your Artwork into digital file of "X" & "Y" Points that an embroidery machine will recognize, the series of "X" & "Y" points become a Sewing point where the Machine will drop a Needle to Create a Stitch.

Our Embroidery Machines will generally Recognize most common embroidery formats, If you have an Embroidery file that has been Created elsewhere, we will be happy to see if our Machines will Recognize it. Since different embroidery Machines operate and stitch differently we cannot guarantee the outcome, it is highly recommended that a Sample is Purchased before your Item is sewn out.
