Shipping & Handling Policy
 Orders to all Standard U.S.A. Zip Codes are Shipped by U.S. Mail for a Flat Rate based off your Order - This Means you are Not Charged Extra for S/H if you are Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Most Military Bases Abroad and any other Standard U.S. Zipcode.
 
(Orders that are Charged $5 or Less for S/H do not Include Tracking or Insurance and are Typically Sent by Standard Mail, Orders that are charged $5 or More for S/H include $50 insurance & Tracking and are Typically Shipped via U.S. Priority Mail)
 
Shipping via UPS, FedEx or DHL available upon request for additional cost.

Lead Time Policy
 All lead time is estimated and cannot be guaranteed, unless otherwise provided in writing.  We will do our Best to deliver your Finished product by the estimated date or Earlier but occasionally we will be delayed due to unforeseen complication and issues beyond our control.

Return / Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the business we are not able to offer refunds on anything Customized.
 
While we strive to provide the Very Best Service & Finished product possible. Occasionally we have Machine and/or Human Errors, as a Result we make every attempt to repair the Item due to error on our Part.

In-stock plain apparel items: maybe exchanged within 7 days with a valid receipt.
 
Special Order Items: All Sales are Final
 
Customers Own Item: We cannot Guarantee your Personal Item (Item Purchased from somewhere else) that you bring/Mail to our store.

Customer Artwork Policy
All artwork & Subsequent product of Customer provided artwork by customer for Production or obtained for the Customer is the Sole responsibility of the Customer. This includes images or designs obtained from the internet or other Sources. Customer Agrees All Original (or otherwise) artwork submitted or obtained is intended for personal and private use unless allowed otherwise by law.
